Could have had a better service from the two lads who did my windows. Their main problem seemed to be finding way around Washington estates. For their info cross from Barmston Way over mini roundabout to Burnhope Road as it goes behind bus link to other side of estate. Thanks lads, you did a great job.

Came with half a door had to put wood in bottom panel for security overnight Came back next day fitted that only to discover there's no letterbox, customer services very poor and unhelpful very blaze attitude. Week later still no letterbox who fits a front door with no letterbox .

Widows fitted today as part of the Gentoo replacement scheme and the fitters were first class, very thorough and professional. Sean and his mate (didn't catch his name) are a credit to the company.

Part of the Gentoo window refurbishment, can't praise the lads who did the work enough. Windows already prepped before they arrived. Very friendly & professional, answered the couple of questions I had no problem. They said they needed to send a plasterer to tidy up around the living room window, he was here within 10 minutes.

Sekura are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with, the owner Michelle is rude and totally disrespectful, they cannot install a door to save their lives and if they ever do try it will be damaged, have leaks or be the totally wrong door, they hardly reply to any queries and when they do they are rude and lie, under no circumstances should anyone ever buy a door from this so called company, if I could give them 0 stars I would
