Ordered 7pm, still waiting at 8pm, called and told 20 mins, no food and called 835pm. Worker states cant say when food will be delivered, no manager on site, worker stated not comfortable to give her name to verify my complaint! What on earth? What organisation allows staff to feel uncomfortable to verify a call from a customer??? I just want my food, no hassle and in an appropriate timescale, not 2 hours!!! Sorry devitoes! Not ordering again!

Been ordering kebab chips and salad 21;02 waiting till 22;35 get all cold call back shoppe for refund what I get 4 absolutely joke !!! 0 star !!!

Ordered a pizza at 5.45pm to collect at 6.45pm I arrived on time only to find my order hadn't even been made never mind cooked what a waste of my time ordering food from devitos will use other pizza shops from now on

Rang order at 7.30 rang back after hr and half told it was in oven? (was burger and wrap) came after another half HR husband said burger was fair but my mixed wrap was just warm with clay cold chips poor grade kebab. Meat very little chicken and awful chilly sauce was awful and salad had funny taste not sure what it was won't order again just not good all went in bin should have read recent reviews before ordering devitos you seriously need to sort this out!!!!
