        After deliberating for some time on choosing a stair carpet and still unable to decide, we went back to Frank's Chester-le-Street and were given a lot of advice as to what I really wanted from Tom. And he was absolutely right! Carpet now ordered and can't wait for the finished results. Thank you so much Tom for your expert and valued advice, and also the earliest fitting date.

I'm moving into the area and with a lot to do, Tom's knowledge and guidance made the whole experience really easy A great selection of flooring at varied prices to suit all.
