Little Pioneers Nursery & Pre-school - Tavistock

My eldest son attended Tavistock 11 years ago and my youngest son attends now. Tavistock is not near my place of work or my home, but the quality of provision makes it worth the extra travel time. Both of my sons have additional needs which were and are met to the highest possible standard. Staff are welcoming, friendly and conscientious, highly trained and knowledgeable in their field. Many of the same staff remain from my eldest to my youngest attending which is a sign of a healthy working environment in my opinion. The learning environment and resources are well thought out and match children's interests creating an enabling space for development. The secure entry system provides extra peace of mind. I have recommended this nursery to many friends and will continue to do so.

Fantastic staff at Tavistock! They receive your comments and questions without fuss or argument. They are friendly, warm and caring. I feel confident about their care.

Both of my sons have attended this nursery from the age of 7 months. We were very nervous with our first as he had only just turned 7 months however we need not have worried. As soon as we entered the front gate we were made to feel at ease straight away. We really liked the fact that all the ages are separate as other nurseries we have visited had children from birth to two years of age were all in the same room. We our eldest started reception his teacher told us that he was already meeting all of his milestones until the next term and it is hugely down to the team at Tavistock! if you are thinking of putting your little one into a nursery I can honestly say look no further than Tavistock.

My son has been going to this nursery for little under a year and I can honestly say what an amazing place all staff are fantastic and I couldn't be happier if it wasn't for the dilligant staff and senco my son would still be waiting for his autism dignosis the staff know how to handle him and how to be with him my heart is at ease knowing my son is in such safe hands and I know if he has a bad day they will help him in every way they can thank you tavistock nursery for making my little boys life that much happier my name is Claire martin and my son is john

My name is Neil, and My son John has been attending the nursery for nearly a year. I can honestly say it has been a life line for Myself and My wife. From Lisa the Manager, Sophie, Jess, Deena, and all the staff so many to mention (SORRY IF I'VE MISSED YOU's OFF) ..you know who you all are x. I can say the 1 Star review was not just a surprise, but I thought it was uncalled for and unwarranted. They treat our son like one of their own, he is cared for, loved, and made to feel really special, and really looks forward to going to nursery aswell. And regarding his development and care plan I have nothing but the very highest regard for all involved. So from a very proud Father... to you all..... "THANK YOU SO MUCH, AND ALL THE BEST TO YOU's AND ALL YOUR STAFF AND FAMILIES.
