Since becoming monument surgerys I have had multiple fails to get an appointment waiting in ques for 1hour and 15 minutes and when I try ringing 8am the automated response was experiencing high calls and so mine got ended and there's queues for 21 people If I could I would rate it a 0 star before there was separate phone lines to call now its only 1 phone line please monument surgerys we need this changed.

The prescription phone line is a joke on monday I was 36th in the queue ! 48hrs later I go to collect it from chemist and it hasn't been sent ! Tried to call but unable to speak to a human ! Went to docs and spoke to receptionist who said they were behind and I'd have to wait till next day or hang about for 1 hr till it was done! Iv got my disabled son sitting in the car who won't want to wait another hour or have to go back another day ! What am I to do ? Absolutely no help whatsoever!

First, they abide with the Covid19 protocols (strictly) and I love it. Not crowded. They provided face masks, hand sanitiser etc Second, the staff are courteous, friendly and polite. They tell you what to do clearly and ready to help Finally, the centre has loads of information leaflets that you can easily access to find out about anything. It was easy to locate as well.

usual unhelpful staff, spent the best part of two days 2-4 trying to order a prescription. I don't have time to sit on the phone for any length of time. Asked for a 24 hour turnaround due to medication running out to be talked over with the usual 48 hours spiel. Get more staff or open the prescription lines up for longer than 2 hours per day.
