Marquis Court

After several health problems and various hospital stays, Mam moved into Marquis Court at the end of Jan 23. Despite one or two moans from her she has gradually settled in well to her new surroundings. The staff are friendly, caring and attentive and nothing is a trouble. She has been encouraged to join in with a range of daily activities and I can honestly say that she now appears happier than she has for some time and its a real pleasure to see her smiling again. It is also reassuring to know that she is safe and we all made the right decision in choosing Marquis Court for her care. Thank you

We have been in this week with our Princes Trust team. The young people have been doing Easter activities with the residents. Our young people have enjoyed doing the activities and were blown away with how nice the place and how friendly the staff are with everyone. Amazing atmosphere.

I cannot praise this place enough , owners , management, staff for the care I have seen for the residents whilst visiting to entertain on several occasions , 4 Christmas parties in one week, EACH RESIDENT ABLE TO INVITE 2 GUESTS , To see residents singing and dancing with there loved ones was truly heartwarming , staff interact as if they are there own family, you can`t fail to see the genuine care towards the residents. What an amazing place , WELL DONE ALL CONCERNED.

My mum moved into here only 5 weeks ago after being in hospital for 8 weeks after having a stroke. The staff are fantastic, the place in always spotlessly clean and tidy and the residents are always well presented in there own clothes. Whist being in here she has been part of lots of activities, She attended a Halloween party in October and today I attended her xmas party with her and some of the residents and there family, where we were served a three course lunch and entertainment The staff go above and beyond to make sure the residents are kept happy and motivated. My mum has came on so much since she has been a resident here, she was very reluctant and anxious to go into a care home as she has always lived independent living ,she is so happy here and myself and family cant thank all the staff enough. If anyone is looking for a care home for a loved one take a look around, you wont be disappointed.
