Fabulous. Didn't have an appointment but the lady let us in., to look round. Highly recommend the lady was very knowledgeable and had a huge range of flooring to choose from. Definitely worth a visit.

So fantastic, I went back for more! I had a beautiful, deep new mink stair carpet fitted first, then a textured bathroom vinyl. I was able to have samples in my house to visualise the colour matches on site. They also have an interactive screen in store that helps choose flooring now, which Ill be using for my hard floors. Super impressed with their personal customer service and fitting. Just lovely, approachable, knowledgeable people from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Second occasion, bedroom flooring fitted in 3 rooms, by Derrick from Whitburn Coastal Flooring. I feel like Ive got a new house! Extremely helpful, seamless, efficient service in both choosing the flooring with Kim and then getting the flooring installed perfectly. Would recommend 100% and will be coming back yet again, to do more rooms. Thank you both so much!

Smashing 5* team, they levelled new floor, feathered new Karndean flooring into existing, cleaned and polished to a sparkle throughout - all looks brand new, even though existing floor is several years old! Another happy customer!
