All Saints House - Xenia Students

Lived here for 3 years and if I could I wouldn't leave. Billy, Sarah and Amy go above and beyond for residents and are super friendly and approachable. Rooms are comfortable and generous in size. Ideal location for shopping, travel, leisure and close to uni campus.

All Saints House is the perfect accommodation for Sunderland Uni Students (or any students in the North East)! The location means that transport is easily accessible (you can be in Newcastle within half an hour of leaving the front door). There are several shops on your doorstep which is so useful. The rooms are spacious, modern and well equipped with furniture. The communal area is fantastic, along with the gym! All communal spaces are always clean. For all holidays, such as Christmas or Chinese New Year, the communal room is transformed to fit the festivity which is lovely! The staff are absolutely quality and make living here feel like home. Sarah, Amy, Billy and Lisa are all incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond for the students. They are always there if you need a cuppa and a chat - which is so appreciated (especially for those living far away from home). I would 100% recommend All Saints House.

I have been living in my accommodation for the first year if my uni course and the highest praise I can give it is my deciding to stay here next year. The room is a nice size and has been kept in good condition, I havent had any trouble with any of the appliances or Wi-Fi and the staff are very friendly. I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering studying in Sunderland.
