I'm really pleased with the work Alex has done for us. We were advised there was a blockage in the chimney after a Gas safety check on the fire. We has actually ignored the warning signs of the fumes coming back into the room and cleaned away the darker marks from around the fire. Alex was very professional, polite, efficient and explained everything he was doing. He confirmed there was a blockage in the form of a large birds nest, to which he was able to remove. There was no mess after (I had been told by others that clearing a nest could be a messy job) but Alex made sure there was no mess to the rest of the room. I feel Alex is very genuine, has a passion for doing a good job and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. I always go by "would my mother feel comfortable with a tradesman in her house" and in Alex's case, the answer is most definitely. Services: Chimney cleaning, Chimney inspections
