Just got new kitchen from Benchmarx and over the moon. Service from Jean, Helen and all the staff was fantastic from start to finish. They were always friendly and efficient, any quiery I had was dealt with immediately and nothing was a problem. The delivery lads were brilliant too. Even though they had 2 flights of stairs to climb always smiling..Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a kitchen. Thank you to a great team!

First time been here, and would definitely recommend them. We came here on the recommendation of our kitchen fitter and found the most helpful/friendliest of staff (sorry I didn't get all your names except Paul). If you're after a new kitchen, give this place a visit.

I thought I might of at least had a response, after the complaint I made, but not. I made a complaint on 22/3 ref BMX2022/028 I shopped around for a new kitchen, after getting a new extension, and bought what i thought was my dream kitchen, only for me to find out once it arrived, that doors were missing, wrong units sent, which had to be cut down, plinths missing, this delayed the fit by 2 weeks, and had a massive knock-on effect with the worktop fitters, as I had sourced, the worktops myself, as Benchmark did not have the Matt finish I required, them I found out of the fitter, that Benchmarx, had invoiced him, for the missing doors, and units, this is after, the kitchen planner had visited the property, measured up, so something that should have taken 3 days maximum took 3 weeks, delaying the worktops, floor, plumbing. I never put bad reviews on a company, but I think 6 weeks, is long enough to wait for some apology, it's all done now, but just want to warn others.
