        Heater only working for a few hours, in sunderland its very cold the heater must work all the time we are freezing.

      • Heating inside the residence is very bad inside the rooms and also the delay in its reception when helping. When the seat was signed, they said it included all bills but the heating was not working.

        I have sent countless emails and whatsapp massages for the office here to get the heater working all the time due to extreme weather conditions but its only open for a few hours, yet they never respond and we pay a high amount of money for the accommodation, and they said all bills will include the utilities.
