    Was asked to send details by email and after chasing up was given a price to replace a stove.Was not given a choice of stoves like other stores do. This was a joke from start to finish the first bloke in the store was ok (I believe he was the owners father) but the woman I spoke to on the phone was terrible the customer service was appalling

    Really bad customer service! As a customer we did what was asked of us but we waited weeks with no response ftom them. I ended up contacting them to see if they had received my email. It was explained to me that they were really busy ploughing through emails and that they would be intouch. We placed our order in September and it is now November 27th and we still have not heard from them. I do think that just a quick small email yo their customers explaining the situation would have made a big difference rather than bring ignored. Customers can then decide if they would like to take the business elsewhere.....which we have done and the customer service this time was totally spot on

    I asked for a quote and was asked to send pictures of the space I wanted the stove to go. I did that and was told my contact details (which I gave over the phone) along with the photographs would be sent to someone and they would contact me. After waiting 5 weeks+ Ive gave up. I rang on multiple occasions to be told either the emails were down or the email I sent didnt have my contact details on (they emailed me back with a email saying that didnt have contact details? Couldnt they of sent the quote through email, I also did give my contact details to someone on the phone when I first rang) or someone would definitely contact me after theyve caught up with emails and finally got told someone would contact me again yesterday with no response. Can I also add all I wanted was a quote. This wasnt to get work done, it was a quote. I understand its hard getting back on track after COVID but leaving a customer over 5 weeks without even a quote isnt fair.
