Honestly very unhappy regarding wear recovery twice now they have arranged for assessments and then not contacted myself, how do they expect people to over come their addictions if they cant put the effort in to meet you half way, people like myself rely deeply on rehabilitation and without the help then nothing is going to change

Rang this service for help, they sent information out and followed up with a telephone call a week later. However, when I started asking questions as to the side effects, I was promptly told if I still had a problem after the pandemic was over to call them. The questions I asked was because all 4 problems I already have due to various medical conditions and I needed to know if those conditions would get worse and if or when should I ask for more help. The pandemic isn't going to be over anytime soon, so I contacted a charity, who has been great and understanding. Stay clear of Wear Recovery they don't care.
