Used them in the past without a problem, today called and asked for a price on scaffold boards was quoted 36 + vat which was outrageous. When I said they were miles them cheaper elsewhere the price immediately dropped to 24+vat. I get theyre in business to make money and normally dont mind a bit of healthy haggling, but quoting 30% over the odds is an insult to my intelligence. So nice try Ill only ever use your firm again if I have no choice as I dont appreciate your attempts at ripping me off!
