        Was given an appointment on the 4th of April for the 12th of April, turned up today and the appointment isn't on the system despite getting all of the texts and conformations through so not a clue what's going on, having to wait another 2 days now.

        Attended Bunny Hill today and arrived late for appointment. Luckily for me there was no one else waiting. So i explained to receptionist and nurse and she went and asked if i could still be seen. And the advanced nurse practitioner saw me. The 3 members off staff i saw today were lovely, kind caring and especially the advanced nurse practioner. She didnt rush the appointment and made me feel very welcome despite me being late. Thank you Bunny Hill
