I am a landlord and have worked with Kimmitt Lettings for a number of years, the staff are amazing to deal with and really do go above and beyond to support, for the small fee I pay I feel they excel in their duties and I would not deal with anyone else highly recommended for selling or renting properties

Travelled all the way up from Eastbourne to visit a property and travelled back down in one day. Called numerous times for updates and even visited the branch to ask when a decision would be made. The amount of times I was promised a call back and it never happened. The guy in the office when I visited did not seem interested. I then chased them up myself again to be told the property I spent over 11 hours travelling to and from had been given to someone else. Not even an apology for the lack of communication. If you want to deal with a company that will waste your time and show no interest in your requirements, Kimmitt Lettings is ideal! One thing I will say as Ill always give credit where credit is due the guy who met us at the house to do the viewing was great!
