Completed on a property with them on Friday afternoon but cant get hold of anyone to pick up keys? I have driven 270miles to get the keys off them on Saturday to find out they are closed. What sales shop shuts on a Saturday? Terrible agents.

Have just finished a 3 year tenancy with Emily Charles and the service was impeccable - Victoria and Becky are both very communicative and clear with any questions or queries, and act as great contacts for the landlord who owned the property when I wanted to do some improvements. At the end of the tenancy they were prompt in their check out and no dispute over deposit whatsoever. Fantastic company, would recommend.

Drove a good few miles to view one of their properties only to be told that it was actually 50 more a month from what was advertised, when asked they said the advertised price was for a property that was no longer available, which is strange as the advert was posted only a day earlier, the properties where also advertised as new even though there were ppls rubbish lying on the floor and floor tearing in another. Not sure if this is a common thing with estate agents or the woman I met sees minorities like myself as complete idiots, whatever the case this review is well deserved
