        Second time going to an opticians. First time was not with boots but it was about 25 years ago and I didn't need glasses then but the service was so awful it put me off going again. Thankfully the people at boots in Sunderland, High Street were friendly, patient and professional that I won't put it off anymore. Thanks a lot, whole new world!
