Joanne at Bradley Hall provided very good service to me as a student tenant. When I caught COVID and was unable to move out at the agreed upon date, she made an effort to understand my situation and was able to arrange extra accomodation until I was testing negative. That's a level of empathy that is unfortunately not always present when dealing with lettings agents. However, Joanne treated me like a human being, and my requests and complaints never fell on deaf ears. I hope Bradley Hall appreciate her presence at their company.

Joanne, in the Sunderland Office of Bradley Hall's is professional, very efficient, helpful, and I felt I could rely on her completely. She was quick at getting back to me about things and her advise about new tenants was sound. If I was an employer I would offer her a job as she could probably turn her intelligence to anything.
