        I had a parcel for in post locker. As someone who's never used in post before but has used Yodel and Evri where I've had to go inside the shop I did go inside the shop and approached the women on the counter, however she was very arrogant and stated "it's not this shop" rather than direct me towards the part where it actually was. I did realise walking out there was a different compartment for the in post locker. Very bad customer service.
