        Staff have not got a clue, years ago staff were training for months and had lots of knowledge. Recently I got the blank face/ shock. Could tell straight away not a clue, one staff member was at the till talking to a mate for an age, while I was browsing, quietly watching the lack of service, while the other lass on the floor was run ragged,
