Falcon Kitchens & Bedrooms Ltd

Falcon installed fitted bedroom furniture for me about 6-7 years ago and I have been delighted with it and, in fact, recommended them to friends who also used them. Recently I had a problem, well out of warranty, but Ian went out of his way to put this right. This is not a company who take your money and think their job is done. Their customer service, in my experience, is exemplary. Would definitely recommend.

Weve had a fantastic kitchen fitted by Ian Vitty and co very friendly and conscientious everything is working well and we have had lots of complements and its all down to Falcon, thank you Ian.

Lets start with the conclusion for those who want to get straight to the point we have a fantastic new kitchen from Falcon and cant fault the service from Ian & Neil in the showroom and the craftsmanship of the fitting team Kev, Scott & Peter. For those who want to know more, we were undecided about what we actually wanted, and Ian encouraged us to visit the showroom to discuss options and we never looked back. We dithered over layout and had a complete re-think after Ian drafted an initial design and he was ever so patient with our back and forth over a couple of weeks that ended in a complete redesign. Lots of debate thereafter about which Neff appliances to choose (excellent kit and I would not go back to standard Highstreet appliances) but we got sorted and the job booked in. Ripping out the old kitchen (Kev - also fitter for new kitchen) and getting walls and ceiling rewired (Scott) for appliance moves and spotlight installation followed by patching plaster back up and skimming (Peter & co) is a messier business than I imagined but having a dusty house for a couple of weeks is massively outweighed by the end result. These lads are proper grafters and worked into the evening and weekends when needed to get the job done (while always asking if it was OK to work after hours). Ian or Neil visited most days during the project and were always available to talk when not there. The only minor hitch was a delay by Neff in supplying one of the appliances, but Ian came out immediately to fit it once it arrived. Were enjoying the new kitchen and know that well get great follow up service should we have any problems (and none to report four months in).
