unfortunately the fitter booked for the job called in sick on the Monday morning leaving us without a fitter to start the job ,We tried to get an alternative fitter to start asap ,ANY FITTER who is any good will be booked unless your really really lucky,we managed to find a guy who could do the job the following week ,a dont think 3 days is a very long time to find a COMPLAINANT FITTER !!! UNFORTUNATELY for everyone concerned that all the products had been ordered and delivered ,as per contract a deposit is none refundable for this reason

arranged a bathroom re-furbishment with HLS to start 1st August 2016 with a guarantee from the owner to be completed by the end of the week,After numerous phone calls and visits to shop the job had not even been started on Thursday the 4th and so with no chance of it been completed it was cancelled with a promise of a deposit refund, numerous unanswered phone calls,texts and visits to an unattended shop the owner is now refusing to refund my deposit,,A very unproffessional and unreliable company who i wouldn't rely on to change a tap washer,, recomend you avoid them to save yourself a lot of hassle DO NOT pay anything till job is completed....IF THE DEPOSIT WAS NON-REFUNDABLE .WHY WAS I TOLD I WOULD GET A REFUND??? I suggested to you that you do the job yourself to which you replied ( i can't leave the shop unattended) but a couple of weeks later when trying to contact you the shop was unattended 10 days or more.. and you got the job because you promised the work would be done that week NOT the following week!!!!
