        This company will not give you a credit note if you return an item and you are over 14 days. I was told to take home the dress I didnt want or to pick something else. There was nothing I liked at that time so was advised to pick something I dont like. They dont advise the customer before buying that you wont get a credit note. This shop is a glorified stall. The items in this store can be picked up for 7 euros on stalks in Spain. Was spoken to extremely rudely when asking manager about refund policy. Ill never shop here again and would like to inform all shoppers that you should make sure you really want the product and wont be returning it.

        Poor customer service with regards to processing refunds. They appear to have 'forgotten' to process a refund and then still expect you to wait up to another 5 working days to recieve the refund.
