        On Wed 04/11/20 I phoned to speak to the Physiotherapy Department to arrange Physio for a recently fractured clavicle.. I was put through and I waited approximately 10 minutes but my call was not answered. Staff on the switchboard tried to help but I was not able to speak to relevant staff. Switchboard staff did offer to take my details and Email the relevant department which I declined . This is a private health business and I expected more.

        I came home from the Middle East with a foot infection I was told after the operation that it had been heavily infected and wouldnt have been operable if Id delayed in approaching them. Post op check ups were seamlessly smooth and the staff fantastic. My thanks to all the staff involved.

        My dad died here bad memories. Couldn't do anything. Caused a long depression. But coffee machine worked just.
