I came across Ingenia when searching for a Service Advisor job and I'm pleased I did. They were very professional right from the beginning. I was a bit unsure about having to go in for an interview but I'm pleased that I did. As it happens I decided not to change jobs, but that was because Steve helped me see what I needed to do to move into the right position in the future. They are a great company to deal with and if you are looking for a job in the motor trade you really need to be speaking to these guy's.

Couldn't thank Steve enough, very very good at matching the right people to the right role. Hes got his reputation to think about and you can see why he's so well regarded when you work with him. Spend a little bit of time with him and let him go to work, I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Thank you for all your help in helping me with the step up to management, the phonecalls in the weeks after catching up making sure myself and the business are happy were a real touch of class.

Steve is absolutely amazing. He has extensive contacts and doesn't just call anybody he knows, he tailors interviews to you. It is just as important to him that you enjoy your role as much as it is that you are fit for it in the employers point of view. He matches you up perfectly. Steve got me an interview the day after I was on his books. I got the job and started three days later! All thanks to Ingenia. Very professional and efficient.
