Well I've been with Vodafone for over 30years never had anything but the best service with Vodafone till I went for a better deal ha. I was on a good deal but needed extra data. So I explained to the girl so she give me extra data at a cost about 3.odd more than my old terms I was on .it has gone up another twice in 5 months now its 16.75 a month . She never told me I would loss my international calls and text. I went on holiday in April and then found out I couldn't get in touch with family or friends. Then a message came on my phone saying you can make calls and text at 2 a day ? That's at more cost. I thought a deal meant you are getting something your happy and pleased with . I was only paying 10.86 a month for no limits with calls and texts and international calls and texts. I called down the shop seen a gentleman who works there told him the bad deal I got he said well you should ready your paperwork. He said I've got to keep to my contract. That doesn't help me by the woman not doing her job properly. I've learnt something never trust anyone. No help off anyone I was cond.
