Avoid this garage at all costs. Has been booked in via the insurance for minor bodywork to the bumper and a repair to the alloy. Took about 3 weeks and multiple calls to get a job raised, they had it assigned to the wrong branch to start with. Took equally long for them to collect it. 10 days later, they still hadnt ordered the parts or started any work on the car, but my cars app is telling me its sat outside their bodyshop with the doors unlocked(!!) Following weekend, when theyre closed, again sat in the same place with the doors unlocked. They never give you an update unless you ring and ask for one - then they dont answer the phone and you get through to head office who are at least somewhat helpful. Was told Id have an update last week, but didnt. When I called up today, the lady hangs up on me whilst I was still talking, saying goodbye over the top of me. Very unprofessional and rude - and they still have my car!!!

I'm on mobility and had to use this company REES my driver came picked me up very professional and friendly he made me feel very at ease I would recommend them to any one

Had car for 3 weeks to replace wing and paint front bumper. Despite going through 'quality control' and being valeted and polished, they some how managed to miss where they had oversprayed the trim. Would not recommend and if require a bodyshop again, will actively avoid this one. Service: Body & Trim
