From my initial application and training I always felt welcome and at ease. Good quality Care good benefits always puts customers first, good on going training the co-workers and management always there if you need support.

I cannot praise the girls at Sunderland enough for the help and care they provided my mam in her last week. Especially Jude, she is amazing. She worked wonders to help get my mam home from hospital to be with us and I will be forever grateful to her and helping hands for this. All the ladies were so friendly and helpful, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a caring reputable company who needs care services.

Great staff and service, I'm able to ring up at short notice if I need to go out, knowing my mum will be safe, well looked after by these lovely ladies. I would highly recommend helping hands.

The carers at Helping Hands are an amazing group of people. They have been providing care for my 93yr old parents for over 3yrs. They are reliable, efficient, extremely professional and receive excellent training. My parents are extremely happy with the service provided by Helping Hands and enjoy an excellent relationship with their regular carers. They all go above and beyond what is expected of them and I have peace of mind knowing they are there taking excellent care of them both. Thank goodness we found Helping hands! After stressful experiences with other care companies, we are delighted to have found helping Hands. They are angels! From the very first contact, Michelle and her team have been amazing. We needed care quickly for my 91 year old dad, this was organised and set up in record time. The carers are fantastic, and all of our needs are well and truly met! Helping Hands have exceeded our expectations. Dad is so happy, and so are we, as we now have peace of mind knowing he is being so well looked after. We can't recommend them highly enough. First class care, first class company, who really do deliver a 5 star service!
