I have just aligned and renewed our energy contracts with guidance from Nathan, who was also very patient with me throughout the whole process, answered all of my questions and gave me great confidence in our contracts and renewals going forward. He was transparent with prices and contracts which I am grateful for as I really appreciate honest clarity when it comes to renewals, as I feel it saves time for everyone involved. We're now becoming a cleaner, greener company with the options we've chosen and I look forward to working with Troo in the future.

I normally avoid phone calls from energy brokers but Nathan was very friendly and helpful and gave me lots of information to make an informed decision about whether to switch energy providers. He made things very clear and there was no pressure to change providers. I made the decision to switch and feel very happy that I've been able to save some money on electricity and haven't had a massive rise in our gas prices which I was expecting given the current climate. We are a small nursery business and every penny counts so it has been very helpful for sustainability of our business going forward.
