        The refund policy states the shop must be contacted on the same day as delivery BUT the line just disconnects the call! Our pizza was hard, tasted of burnt cheese and definitely didn't taste of meat feast! The garlic bread was also hard - I also didn't get any discount for spending over the stated amount or (a blessing in disguise) free food! I am unable to call the shop to make a complaint & request a refund! Fuming
