        A lovely salesman who was so friendly and helpful and let us walk around without any pressure. The furniture is so cheap but fab quality as well.

        Terrible, I bought a sofa had loads of faults eventually replaced it after months of keep taking it away and bringing it bk, different colour materials, loose buttons, materials not attached, then the replacement was faulty aswell. Eventually took sofa fr repairs came bk was still not right and more faults then came back again to be repaired. This is just ongoing and the customer service is shocking, no updates unless you trace it up!! Attitude of some of the staff is terrible. No apologies at all, always trying to blame the customer for their mistakes and faults.Defo do not recommend buying a sofa from this company! Dreadful
