        One star is for the initial service in the showroom, but from then on, my experience has been negative. The designer, Phil, didn't turn up on the day he was supposed to. The following day, he didn't bother to introduce himself, nor apologise for keeping me waiting the previous day. I found him unresponsive and negative during the consultation, as if he didn't want to be there; and on departure, when I asked him what had happened, I didn't receive an answer. I was promised a phone call within a week, to arrange an appointment to view the plans - and 4 weeks later, I have heard nothing. Definitely can NOT recommend.

        Purchased our kitchen at Southwick store.The staff were courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.I was in there many times before making my choice of style and colour.The sales staff were patient and happy for me to call in and ask numerous questions before making my mind up.My brother also purchased his kitchen here.Would recommend Howdens highly for custom and high class quality products.
