Went to see my mam today, she looked really well, had her hair done, and was quite chirpy, well done girls (and boys)! You're all doing a fantastic job

Highcliffe is definitely a fantastic Home led by a Manager who has drive, passion and in these uncertain times has kept COVID-19 away from its doors. This can only be due to the teams excellent approach under Adams direction and leadership. I look forward to when I will be able to visit again and see Team Highcliffe and the lovely residents. Heres to a rosy future!

my mother hasn't been staying at Highcliffe home all that long, but I must say I'm so pleased that we chose this home and we're lucky enough to find a vacancy. Making this decision was not any easy task but Highcliffe have helped the move go so smoothly. My mam seems content, she is warm, comfortable,safe has company and is so well cared for by the wonderful staff who obviously care about their duties..

very disappointed as visiting mother at Highcliffe which have fantastic staff but food was no good yesterday. Tea time on a sunday was usually an afternoon tea with scones, sandwiches, cakes etc. Yesterday what did they get for tea !!!!!! 3 little index finger size chicken sticks and beans. My mam does not like beans so all she had was 3 very small chicken sticks......why ? when we are paying so much for the care of our parents to live there. A very disappointed daughter.....
