Shame on the staff member at the Chester-le-Street branch this afternoon. I tried to return underwear which was still in the original packaging and price tag still there. This shop assistant rudely interrupted my conversation with another assistant and abruptly quoted the company policy that we don't take back underwear as returns. That's fine but the way she came over and I explained I bought them recently for my dad but has died unexpectedly last week she couldn't give a jot. I left the shop in tears. Will never go back there again.

Only decent place to buy clothes in Chester le Street! Lovely and helpful staff.

I have been in store today to return some items I bought online. I wasn't sure what I had to do but the shop assistant called Lisa helped me to sort everything out. She is a very friendly helpful girl . Thank you Lisa .
