Very quick to come for valuation. Property was on the market the next day. Great communication and fast viewings are coming in. We sold our property very quickly with kimmitt, they were very professional, extremely organised and friendly. We can't thank Chantel enough for all the help and instant information she gave us throughout the sale. Would highly recommended.

I cant rate this estate agent highly enough. They have been amazing! Not a word I use often but in this case it is true. Our contact within the branch was outstanding-Chantel was not only very informative, polite and very competent but also certainly went above and beyond for us. I dont think we would have completed if it wasnt for her. We had no/very little communication from our solicitors and constantly had to badger them. However the communication from this agent was exceptional & outstanding. It was very difficult for us as we were buying in Hetton but currently live in South Yorkshire- so couldnt just drop in to find out what was happening. Im sure if we hadnt had Chantel helping us we would have definitely pulled out of purchasing the property. Absolutely 5***** but 5 is not nearly enough. Tracy & Steve Lister
