        Watched a video of this place on youtube by an auditor. What a great interaction and seems to be operated by well rounded people. I believe the guy was called Tony who seemed very proud that he worked for Roundel. Thanks to that video, I would consider Roundel products in the future.

        Poorly fitted kitchen in a new build Gentoo Home. Misaligned units and a slap dash finish. They didn't even remove all the stickers... Shows how quickly they wanted to install it, no care or attention to detail. Like with any of Gentoo's subcontractors, avoid them like the plague.

        Bought a new build home from Gentoo and it was Roundel that supplied and fitted our kitchen, although the units and work top are lovely, the finish and fitment was poor, all plinths are marked and damaged, left over materials, saw dust and rubbish left under my brand new cooker, and under all the units, quite shocking for a brand new home! Due to a lack of reply or anyone looking to rectify the situation Im changing the 3 star to a 1.

        Not very helpful. Having moved into a new build we made enquiries about purchasing a small tin of the paint for our cupboards for any touch ups after the snagging process. The cupboards seem very prone to marking. We were told paint is unavailable, which seems odd to me. We offered to pay and were not expecting anything for free.
