Sycamore Care Centre

My mam has just left respite care here. She has been living at Sycamore for the past 3 months and as Well as receiving the care and attention she needed I felt fully at ease, knowing how well she was being looked after. As well as providing excellent food, drinks and snacks when requested. the staff couldnt have been more helpful, kind friendly and supportive. Should we ever need to consider care again, this will be the first place we will contact.

My Dad was placed in Sycamore for respite. He stayed for 3 weeks. What can I say? The quality of care was outstanding. The staff were amazing, particularly Michelle and also Darren. I would recommend this care home to anyone whos loved ones need looking after. The food was wonderful too. I cannot praise the place enough. My dad Allen is coming home to us today. I will be eternally grateful for the care and support he received.

It's allright the staff are good but one of the resadents is very aggressive and shouts all the time. This is disturbing to say the least.

Fantastic 24 hour care home, with hard working, dedicated and caring staff. Would highly recommend without hesitation for anyone looking for a safe, caring and homely environment for their loved ones. The home is also immaculate, I could only compare to a 5* hotel.

Turn over of staff extremely high and attitude from management is horrendous the lack of support to care givers, also other departments is practically non existent. There are a good bunch of care givers that work at sycamore however they dont tend to stick around very long due to the management of the place. I hope the place improves however I would not recommend working here.
