        Wouldn't recommend, staff have a terrible attitude and unless you phone dot on 8am and get straight through you will be told to phone back the next day, when you do get an appointment its for the following month, just makes you feel neglected

        Terrible service. The standard of some of the front line staff is well below par. You know you are being fobbed off and they don't even pretend. Avoid at all costs.....but they know we can't!

        Shocking service by the out of hours nurse practitioner, I called worried about my mother's blood pressure, the woman I spoke to was very short with me, angry and argumentative. She quickly lost rapport with me snd I lost my confidence in what she had to say. Instead we went to Queen Elizabeth A&E who properly investigated my mother's health concern, and made absolutely sure she was alright before sending her home. The woman at GP alliance was more interested in finishing work on time than helping us properly. She just wanted to give my mother a pill and get us out of her hair without a single test.
