Been training here for almost 3 years, great set of lads and the gym has a very welcoming environment. Arron the head coach is very friendly and tailors his experience and time to all of his students, individuals of all levels and ages. Probably the best bjj, kick boxing & mma gym in Sunderland.

Whether youre an experienced martial artist or picking up a new hobby, Aarons breadth of knowledge and effective coaching will increase your fitness, confidence, and skill. Aaron is an experienced and decorated martial artist with an intricate understanding of nuanced grappling and striking techniques. As a coach, he provides structured sessions that cater to all abilities, and has coached multiple competitors to BJJ, MMA and kickboxing championships. The team is always supportive, friendly and helpful, whether they are time served BJJ black belts, actively competing MMA fighters or a beginner. Since joining the club in 2008, I have seen it continue to flourish and move from strength to strength - clearly a testament to the quality of Aarons coaching and leadership, and the collective camaraderie of the team.

Started training at the dungeon a few months ago and was immediately made to feel welcome by all the lads there. The teaching is fantastic and feels a great training environment. Would recommend to people of all skill levels.
