Paul came out really quickly, UPVC door lock mechanism was broken. Stripped and replaced mechanism reset door, really clean tidy job kept informed all the time and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

We phoned Fletchers about a jammed front door lock . Layton came out within 20 minutes got the door open and fixed a new barrel . I would definitely recommend this company Keep their number in your phone for emergencies
