        Frustrating. Everything is 'approved' they'll access bank statements and ask for this that and the other to then tell you sorry we arent proceeding. Seems like they just want to waste peoples time and have a browse through your personal transactions at the same time. Avoid and use your own bank if you can

        Useless! Absolutely useless! Totally wasted my time, both on the phone and in person! Promised me various different things but didn't get anything in the end. Totally let me down. (Do not waste your time by going into the office if they ask you to). Actually signed the contract and everything else off with it, to be told the next day that they couldn't put it through for some reason. I was expecting the money to already be in my account the night before! Very unprofessional with a lack of communication between staff members. Really haven't got a clue what day of the week it is between them! Very poor service and a very unhappy customer!

        Was messed about come sign paper work money will be in in an hour no 50 0000 more questions. Wasted time my fuel as had to go there twice .
