        This bus company constantly parks illegally in the yellow no parking for any vehicle hatchings outside Northern Saints Primary School which are there to proect the safety of the school children. Thoughtless and illegal behaviour

        We had a booking of just under 50 mams and kids going from one town to another for a Christmas panto busiest time of year to receive a phone call only 2 hours in advance to say all drivers had been out night before and were still unfit to drive so would not be coming to collect us! As you can imagine this was not the news we wanted with it being 4 days until Christmas a metro strike in place and only 2 hours notice with lots of excited kiddies! Thankfully we did manage to use another company who where absolutely fantastic but never would I ever recommend this firm they clearly have no care for customers and lost out on over 200!
