Choose to book with Prism for my laser hair removal treatments and have been so impressed that after just a few sessions theres already a massive difference in hair growth. At my consultation, I had a patch test with Ashleigh and she helped create a package of sessions to suit my budget and needs - scheduled so I will be hairfree in time for summer! Prism has such a calming atmosphere where you feel totally at ease and Ashleigh has been fab answering any questions I think of throughout! Its great to know we have a professional laser hair specialist in Sunderland - where staff get to know you as a customer, delivering customer service that goes above and beyond!

Fabulous service, I had a carbon facial and Ashleigh put me at ease straight away, discussed everything and gave advice for after care! Saw brilliant improvement in my skin after one session! Would highly recommend them to anyone
