Got a phone call saying they had no onions rings and we agreed to get our money back coz we paid online, no money was refunded for the onion rings and the food turned up stone cold chips where soggy and ignored the note of mozzarella cheese only and put cheddar cheese on the chips , tried ringing and they put the phone off the hook so was going straight to answer phone , what a joke of a place

Dont order from here. Total waste of time. Order never delivered even after messages to say that it was on its way and cant get in touch with the restaurant as they dont answer the phone.

Worst food in Sunderland, Large fish is actually tiny, coated in mush and dripping with oil, Wedges are burnt, burritos bland and tasteless. Absolutely Repulsive!! If anyone actually reads these reviews then in all honesty run for the hills and find a better takeaway. Used to order from here a couple of years ago but food went from tasty to hideous plus they had a very creepy delivery driver, started ordering again a couple of weeks ago and food hasn't improved infact it's got worse. They need to hang their heads in shame
