I contacted Imperial Claims Consultants in desperation after my escape of water insurance claim, which I had been handling myself, was declined. I was in the complaint stage and up against total intransigence, I was beginning to question my sanity. Dav Kumar was an absolute breath of fresh air! He talked me through the whole process, pointed out the mistakes I had made in what should have been a straight forward claim, made helpful suggestions, drafted a letter for me and even arranged for a second contractors report for my last ditch attempt at retrieving the situation. Dav was totally professional and refused to charge me a penny for his services.
