I had a bad experience I wish I had never applied to work for BGL in Sunderland. The company system are very old ,over 20 years old ancient ,it crashes all the time. One trainer called James was the best the other were dodgy, it's hard to learn in training when the people in the training keep swearing. It turned out to be a rough experience for employment, I am glad one trainer there called Rebecca unprofessionally pushed me out. I found a better job, better paid elsewhere, more professional miles than this BGL in Sunderland. The problem with many companies operating the customer service sector is the longer serving staff and the culture inside the company. When the training, trainers not the problem it is a combination of poor management, old and complicated systems to use that make things difficult for everyone. In the end they expect us the staff to achieve all the KPIs when the company is disorganised right from the training stages.
