Absolutely disgusting area/estate, thefts from peoples garden most weeks and glass all over local town, kids ride around on stolen mopeds in balaclavas, if you visit the area for a few hours with your car doors locked, you'll understand. also check out place first google reviews (view lowest), shocking company who lack any communication with residents and ignore problems for months. its Easington lane as well, not Hetton when searching, huge local problem with illegal substances, police even hate visiting the area and we've had armed police from Newcastle visit a few times as local police lack resources, just avoid for an easy peaceful life
