        Not so good now. Just got keys to new bought house. Shocking state. Buy a house here only after the two years snagging period has passed and all the faults have been fixed. The site is a disgrace. How Gentoo Sales people can sit in the show house and sell you these houses with a straight face and a clear conscious is beyond me. Once they get your cash they don't want to know. Even the new CEO ignores complaints.
