        Lovely estate, quirky houses and a lovely community feel. Ive had very few issues with the house and if anything has cropped up, the response from Linden has been nothing short of excellent. A recommended place to live (Phase 2).

        Please please do not purchase one of these, on either the current development, or the new Phase III! The houses look good I admit, but once you've committed, its all down hill. I had over 160 issues, of which many are still outstanding 8-9 months after moving in. Poor brickwork, VERY poor finish, no care, sloppy rectification work, leaks, months to fix things etc etc. This is a common thing amongst all residents now- all in the same boat! Stay away for your own sanity!!!!

        I wouldn't recommend buying from this company. A total let down once a deposit is paid and they have all your money. Several site mangers all clueless on how to speak to people, however i can't comment on the latest one. Customer services are terrible and expect you to chase sub-contractors on outstanding work to be done. Also agree on work to be carried out then deny all knowledge via email.This is my second house purchase and Taylor Wimpey are 10 times better given our first home was half the price of the second. Sick to my back teeth with this company and will never purchase anything else within the Galliford Try group. Be very vary of these as they don't deliver a 5 star service far from it.
